Position: Event Staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as per event requirements.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
- Ensure the venue is clean, organized, and presentable at all times during the event.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring all dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations as needed to maintain a high level of presentation.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff members to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a productive and enjoyable work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Food handling or serving certification (if applicable) is a plus.

Kitchen Crew
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Follow all kitchen policies and procedures regarding health and safety, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
