Yes, we do!

Generally, they'll arrive before the event to set up the dining area, including setup of the buffet and beverage station, and arranging linens and tableware. During the event they will maintain the buffet and beverage station, clear away empty plates and glasses, and be available to address any questions or concerns guests may have. After the event, the catering staff will clean up the dining area, including clearing away remaining food and beverages, packing up equipment, and disposing of any waste.

Services will vary based upon client needs and requests, and do not always reflect the above example.

Overall, the catering staff's goal is to ensure that your catered event runs smoothly and that your guests are well taken care of from start to finish.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all orders. Please be aware that our availability can fill up quickly, often booking days to weeks in advance.

For weekend catering, we advise inquiring with as much notice as possible. Some dates are booked 12 months or more in advance, particularly during peak wedding season.

10 guests is the minimum order size for all pick up and delivery orders. 

Delivery fees are based upon the location of your delivery or event. The number of vehicles that will be traveling to your location is also taken into consideration. 

No, we never include gratuity on your behalf. We believe that tips should be earned, not expected. We encourage you to show your appreciation to our staff for outstanding service! If this is something that you would like to have included on your invoice, please notify us by email.

Yes! We have several service ware options available. Choices include China and disposables. Clients can provide their own items in some cases - ask us for more details if this is something you are considering!

Client can choose to have a Real Setup or Disposable Setup. Serving utensils are provided with both setup options.

As part of our Real Setup, we provide chafers arranged to keep the delectable dishes warm and inviting throughout the event. With the inclusion of buffet linen, our setup exudes sophistication and refinement, adding an extra touch of class to any occasion. (NOTE: Additional fee applies.)

We are always willing to discuss any special requests or dietary needs. Be sure to provide us with information about any special needs when selecting your menu options.

Yes! We offer a complimentary consultation with tasting, during which time we will provide you with a formal quote for our services. We will go over all of the details necessary for us to provide you with the most accurate quote possible. Prior to scheduling a tasting, your venue must be secured, as this information is necessary for us to fully confirm our availability for your special day.

We accept cash, credit, and check. For corporate clients, we also accept ACH payments.

We do not charge a transaction fee for credit cards. 

Cancellation of a contracted event must be made at least 30 days prior to event. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable and retained by Above and Beyond Catering. The return of this deposit charge is non-negotiable. Additional payment(s) above the deposit amount will be refunded with a cancellation made 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellation of a catering delivery order must be made 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees.
